Brad Pitt in Cogan’s Trade
Jackie Cogan (Pitt) is a point man (a person who patrols ahead) for a hitman who begins investigating a heist of the mob’s assets. It’s based on a book of the same name published in 1974 by George V. Higgins. The film is directed by Andrew Dominik, who has worked with Brad Pitt previously on the beautiful and severely unrated (IMO) film The Assassination of Jesse James. The planned release date is in the early part of next year.
